RICHARD MARSHALL
DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT, SPECIAL ASSETS

Richard Marshall serves as Director of Asset Management, Special Assets of M360 Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining M360, he was VP of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital overseeing acquisitions and asset management for value-add multifamily in Southern California. Prior to that, he was an Asset Manager at Sabal Financial Group, where he managed workouts, enforcement of lenders rights and oversight of REO properties.  Mr. Marshall has spent much of his career overseeing distressed debt and distressed real estate nationwide across all asset classes. 

Additionally, Mr. Marshall has spent numerous years working on the ownership side of real estate and therefore takes an ownership mindset when executing paths forwards for M360 loans/assets.   

Richard holds a BA in History from California State University - Fullerton. Additionally, he has obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
