M360 Advisors (“M360”) is a U.S.-based investment management company that manages diversified portfolios of senior debt investments secured by first-priority liens on income-producing commercial real estate throughout the United States. M360 favors an investment strategy focused on senior secured debt, which maximizes current income while providing significant collateral protection in the event of an economic slowdown and softening market. By contrast, returns typically associated with real estate equity strategies are mostly “back-ended” and are dependent on asset appreciation, capitalization rate compression, cash flow growth, aggressive refinancing and/or sale of the underlying property. M360’s fund offerings are designed to provide a short duration, high-yield, low-volatility fixed income alternative to traditional fixed income investments while providing reasonable liquidity to investors. Furthermore, M360’s fund offerings are designed for international tax efficiency and have attracted institutional investors throughout the world. M360 benefits from proprietary deal flow sourced by its affiliate, Money360, a vertically-integrated direct lender that originates commercial real estate loans collateralized by office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and retail property types.
